Designer’s description: This cowl is worked in the round and in double knitting. Double knitting means you have two layers of fabric created simultaneously. This means that you have two different looks as the colours are reversed on the inside. I chose to do this as double knitting for two reasons. One is that when you’re pulling the cowl off and on you don’t have to worry about snagging at the floats. Also, this means the cowl will be super warm for the winter as you will have the double layer. This could be done without doing double knitting and just you’re usual colourwork knitting. if you chose to do this be wary of the floats and make sure you catch them as you go.
