Every four years February has an extra day, and children born on this day are called “Leaplings”. In celebration of an extra day this February, I cast on this sweet crescent shawl. Knit up in meditative and squishy garter rows and broken up with ribbons of lace, this shawl is the perfect pattern with any outfit you might wear this spring. This shawl was originally an inspiration by my mom, and I’m honored to be able to share this beautiful pattern with you.
