Shown in the larger size, the cowl is wide and drapes over the shoulders and yoke, falling open at the neck. The small lace pattern is all over, and the edges have a narrow, slightly scalloped shape.

Designer’s description: A frothy lightweight cowl worked in luxurious laceweight wool, just perfect for spring layering.
Worked from the bottom up and in the round, gradually reducing needle sizes creates a subtle cone shaped cowl that drapes beautifully around neck and shoulders. Instructions for two sizes included in the pattern: a wider cowl for voluptuous draping and a smaller circumference for petite shoulders or a those who prefer a closer fit.
