Making Stories Magazine began publishing an accessible version of the magazine with Issue 5 Spring 2021. The accessible version is a digital issue that includes everything found in the original print magazine. Accessible features: 22 point Verdana font in fully saturated black on a white background, no italics, all directions are fully written out. Most abbreviations have been written out, other than K and P. All of the charts have been removed, and written instructions have been added to all patterns. Additional punctuation and directions have been added to make screen reader and read aloud functions clear, without any garbled or missed directions. Alt text has been added to all photos. 12 patterns and articles in each issue.
