Merriot by Teresa Morey

A wide scarf with bands of lace on the diagonal across the body, framed by an eyelet edge and wide lace panels at each end.

Accessibility statement: Merriot has a Low Vision Accessible version. This version is written in 24 point Arial in black text and it has no italics. All of the directions are fully written out.

Designer’s description: Merriot is a wide fingering weight scarf designed for variegated yarns. This pattern looks amazing in high contrast variegated yarns – even the most intense colours. Self striping yarns will also look great, as will gradient yarns. This is a one skein project – the scarf uses almost all of a skein of yarn with a yardage of about 400m (440yds)/100 grams. Merriot can be worked in pretty much any fingering weight yarn that can be blocked.
