Designer’s description: The Midwinter Shawl is a huge hug of a shawl to wrap up in and keep those chills at bay!
Knit with a combination of dk and chunky weight yarn on 5mm needles, the shawl works up quickly with lace panels to add a little texture and interest. Increases down the centre spine and at each edge produce a deep triangular shawl with the drape and curve of a crescent shawl. The extra long ties allow you to wear the shawl multiple ways for a truly versatile wardrobe piece. Designed in collaboration with Eden Cottage Yarns, using the delightful Whitfell Baby Alpaca in both dk and chunky weights. It’s so soft and silky, exceptionally warm, an absolute pleasure to knit with and wear and really was the perfect choice for this shawl!
