Wipe is a napkin, or whatever you need it to be in the moment! It’s the perfect picnic companion, and it’s even useful to pick up a hot dish while camping. The reversible textured knit/purl pattern adds paisley shapes that appear as you knit. Wipe is knit with approximately 200 yards or 183 meters of whatever DK weight yarn suits your needs. The sizing is flexible. Choose hemp or linen for a breathable option with drape, or cotton for a textured absorbent layer. This square is a quick knit, requiring only knit and purl stitches, and other basic skills. A twisted, slip-stitched edging provides a rustic edge for linen that doesn’t gap. Both written instructions and a beginner’s texture chart are included.
